APPLICABLE LAW

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Mundo Corp or to products you purchase through Mundo Corp shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Jefferson County, TN, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Mundo Corp's intellectual property rights, Mundo Corp may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Tennessee, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The maximum liability for Mundo Corp for any dispute relating in any way to a purchase that you made (or attempted) during your visit to Mundo Corp shall be limited to the total cost of the purchase price. Mundo Corp may tender such amount in full satisfaction of any claim regarding such merchandise. Such tender shall resolve all matters in dispute between Mundo Corp and the claimant. Mundo Corp shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages regarding the purchase or attempted purchase of any product.
